Why EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy helps clients resolve trauma and distressing experiences by engaging the brain’s natural information processing system.
As trauma awareness grows, EMDR training equips clinicians with an additional evidence-based approach to support clients in achieving meaningful, lasting change.
Not sure if EMDR is right for your practice?
Download our free guide: “Growing Your Practice Through EMDR: Expanding Your Clinical Toolkit.” This resource explains how EMDR works, its evidence-based applications, inclusion in treatment guidelines, and practical strategies for integrating it into your clinical work. You’ll also see how EMDR compares to other therapeutic approaches so you can decide if it’s the right fit for your clients and your practice.
