The Pyramid of Intervention is a collaborative response model that guides you through self-regulation (prevention) to crisis response, and finally, to critical response. This involves a hands-on strategy for staff to work with the students after a traumatic event in order to decrease the risk of long-term repercussions related to the event, as well as guidance on when to refer out for further services.
